Call for an appointment to get started on your recovery program. Our recovery center is ready to help you.
At New Start Centers, we provide expert outpatient treatment for opioid addiction, heroin, alcohol, and cigarette dependency. Our services include Suboxone treatment managed by skilled physicians, with flexible weekend appointments available to accommodate busy schedules.
While we do not accept medical insurance for physician visits, we will provide a detailed 'super bill' that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. The cost of medications, such as Suboxone, is typically covered by medical insurance, and our dedicated team will assist you in verifying your coverage options.
We are committed to making the recovery process accessible and manageable, offering transparent pricing and support every step of the way.
Suboxone is a medicine to treat dependence on opioid (narcotic) drugs such as heroin or morphine. Suboxone is used in adults and children over 15 years of age, who are also receiving medical, social and psychological support.
Are Suboxone and Methadone the same?
While Suboxone is similar to methadone, Suboxone does not contain methadone and is a distinct drug. Suboxone contains the active ingredients buprenorphine, a partial opioid agonist that helps fight the symptoms of withdrawal, and naloxone, a drug used to reverse opioid overdoses.
Is there a generic version of Suboxone available?
Suboxone contains a combination of buprenorphine and naloxone. Buprenorphine is an opioid medication, sometimes called a narcotic. Naloxone blocks the effects of opioid medication, including pain relief or feelings of well-being that can lead to opioid abuse. Suboxone is used to treat narcotic (opiate) addiction.
